Bechify is an online platform that connects you with local grocery stores in your area. We do not sell products ourselves. All orders, deliveries, refunds, and disputes are handled directly between you and the store. By using Bechify, you accept these terms in full.
1. Who We Are
Bechify (wp.bechify.pk) is operated by PRIMEARZ LLP. We run an online marketplace that lists products from local grocery stores and allows customers to place orders directly with those stores. We are a technology platform — not a retailer, not a delivery company, and not a party to any transaction between you and a store.
2. What Bechify Is (and Is Not)
What we do
- Provide a platform where local stores list their products
- Allow customers to browse, search, and place orders with stores
- Enable customers to rate and review their experience with stores
- Provide a reporting mechanism to flag stores that violate our policies
- Reserve the right to suspend or block stores based on verified complaints
What we do not do
- Sell, manufacture, package, or own any products listed on the platform
- Handle payments between customers and stores (currently)
- Verify, inspect, or guarantee the quality, freshness, or authenticity of any product
- Employ or control delivery riders — delivery may be fulfilled by the store directly or by an independent rider through our platform
- Mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between customers and stores
- Process, hold, or refund any money paid to stores
Important: Bechify connects you to stores. Once you place an order, your contract is with that store — not with Bechify. We have no control over what the store delivers, how they package it, or how fast they arrive. Any issue you have must be taken up directly with the store.
3. Orders, Delivery, and Payment
All orders placed through Bechify are fulfilled by the store you ordered from. Each store sets its own prices, delivery charges, minimum order amounts, and delivery areas. We do not guarantee any delivery timeline, and we are not responsible for late, partial, or failed deliveries.
Payment terms (Cash on Delivery, prepaid, or otherwise) are between you and the store. Bechify does not process or hold any payments on behalf of stores or customers at this time. A platform or handling fee — never exceeding 1% of the order value — may be added to certain orders and charged to the customer at checkout; this fee is separate from, and does not affect, what the store receives.
Where a delivery is carried out by an independent rider through the platform, any optional tip left by a customer belongs entirely to that rider and is not retained by Bechify.
4. Refunds and Disputes
Each store on Bechify sets its own refund and return policy. Bechify has no obligation to issue refunds, replacements, or compensation for any order. If you have a problem with an order:
- Contact the store directly first — their contact information is on their store page
- If the store is unresponsive or acts in bad faith, report them through our platform
- We may investigate reported stores and take action including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal
We cannot force a store to refund you, replace your order, or compensate you for any loss. We are not liable for any financial loss resulting from a transaction with a store on our platform.
5. Reviews and Ratings
After an order, you may rate the store and leave a review. Reviews help other customers make informed decisions and hold stores accountable. You agree that your reviews are:
- Honest and based on your genuine experience
- Free from offensive, defamatory, or false content
- Not posted in exchange for payment or incentives
We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines. Stores are not permitted to threaten, harass, or offer compensation to customers to change or remove reviews. Any such conduct should be reported to us immediately.
6. Reporting Stores
If a store behaves dishonestly, delivers sub-standard products, ignores your complaint, or engages in any conduct you believe is harmful, you can report them using the report feature on their store page. We take reports seriously. Depending on the severity and pattern of complaints, we may:
- Issue a warning to the store
- Temporarily suspend their listings
- Permanently remove the store from Bechify
We cannot guarantee action on every report, and our decisions are final. Removal from the platform does not entitle you to a refund from Bechify.
7. Store Responsibilities
Stores that list on Bechify agree that they:
- Are legally operating businesses in Pakistan with all required permissions
- Will only list products they actually stock and can fulfil
- Are solely responsible for product quality, accurate descriptions, and safe delivery
- Will communicate their refund/return policy clearly to customers
- Will not list prohibited items (see Section 10)
- Accept that Bechify may remove their listings or account at any time for policy violations
8. Your Account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or receive consistent verified complaints.
9. Independent Riders
Bechify may allow independent riders to register on the platform to pick up and deliver orders from stores to customers. Riders are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Bechify or of any store. Bechify reserves the right to verify, approve, suspend, or permanently remove any rider account at its sole discretion, including for verified customer or store complaints, unsafe conduct, or fraud. Bechify is not liable for the conduct of any rider, including delays, mishandling of orders, or any incident occurring during delivery; such matters are between the customer, the store, and the rider.
10. Prohibited Items
Stores may not list the following on Bechify under any circumstances:
- Alcohol, tobacco, and narcotics
- Prescription medicines without proper authorization
- Counterfeit or fake products
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials
- Live animals
- Stolen or illegally obtained goods
- Any product whose sale is prohibited under the laws of Pakistan
Listing prohibited items will result in immediate removal of those listings and may result in permanent account suspension.
11. Our Content and Intellectual Property
The Bechify brand, logo, website design, and platform software — including our POS software — are owned by PRIMEARZ LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or use them without written permission. Product images and descriptions uploaded by stores remain the responsibility of those stores.
12. No Warranties
The Bechify platform is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that store listings are accurate. We do not verify the quality or safety of any product listed by a store.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Pakistani law, PRIMEARZ LLP and Bechify will not be liable for:
- Loss or damage arising from transactions between customers and stores
- Non-delivery, incorrect items, or product defects
- Any financial loss, personal injury, or property damage from orders
- Platform downtime, data loss, or technical failures
- Actions or omissions of any store, rider, or third party
If you have a legal claim related to a transaction, that claim is against the store (or, where applicable, the rider) — not against Bechify.
14. Platform Access, Subscriptions, and Enforcement (Stores)
This section applies specifically to stores and other business partners using Bechify, our dashboard, and our POS software.
- Access to the Bechify dashboard, your store listing, and our POS software is licensed to you, not owned by you. It remains our property at all times.
- We may suspend or permanently block your store listing, dashboard access, and POS software license at any time, with or without prior notice, including (but not limited to) in response to verified or repeated buyer complaints, suspected fraud, non-delivery, poor product quality, or any other breach of these Terms.
- Continued access to the platform, dashboard, and POS software is conditional on your store maintaining an active, paid subscription for your selected package. If your subscription lapses, payment fails, or is cancelled, we may immediately suspend your listings and dashboard/POS access without notice and without refund of any amount already paid.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms, our pricing, packages, fees, or policies at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically — continued use of the platform after a change means you accept it.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, buyer complaints, suspected fraud, or our own commercial reasons.
- Suspension or termination of your account, listing, or POS license does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid, except where required by law.
- These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, our rights under Section 6 (Reporting Stores) and Section 7 (Store Responsibilities).
In short: your store stays active, and your POS license stays usable, only for as long as your subscription is paid and you remain in good standing. We can suspend or remove either — or both — at any time, for cause or at our discretion, and we may change these Terms whenever we need to.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of Bechify that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pakistan. By using this platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of Bechify after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Check this page periodically.
